The 2026 Potomac Memorial Open will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of U.S. Figure Skating, as set forth in the current rulebook, as well as any pertinent updates that have been posted on the U.S. Figure Skating website.

Travel Info

Air Travel: There are a couple of options for flying into the Washington DC area. The closest airport, Dulles International Airport (IAD), is approximately 10 miles from Ashburn Ice House.

Volunteers
WFSC events are all volunteer-led, and we could not host our competitions without our volunteers. We will need over 50 people to keep this competition running well. Volunteers will have access to a hospitality room at the event with snacks and drinks. Sign up coming soon.
Additional Details
Photos: Action photos are provided by Melanie Heaney Photography for an additional fee. Skaters will receive an email about pre-orders before the competition and will be able to order action photos at the competition.
Videos: Videos by Looking Glass Productions are included in the registration fee. Information for downloading the videos will be sent out to the skaters after the competition. There is no live streaming.
