In accordance with Rules TR 3.00, 4.01 and 4.02, athletes may receive test credit for meeting minimum scores at any competition held under the International Judging System (IJS). The athlete must “skate up” to the event they are seeking test credit for, in addition to having already passed any prerequisites prior to the competition event.

Here are the steps to follow:
As a reminder, fees for tests are non-refundable except in the case of illness or injury (with physician certification). The only exceptions will be if the test chair asks you to move to another test date and you are unable to attend that session. Requests to switch to the following test session without paying the fees again will be considered one time only if the request is received at least 3 weeks prior to the test date AND if the test chair is able to move someone from the waiting list to the test session. You are always welcome to register again for any future test.
When you register for a test, you are committing to being able to test anytime during the test session. Please note that scheduling is dependent on judge availability and the number registered for each kind of test. Requests for specific testing times submitted at least 3 weeks before the test date will be considered, but we cannot guarantee being able to honor them. After the test schedule is posted, no time changes will be permitted.
Special request must be submitted in a single, new email (do not hit Reply) to the test chair. The subject of the email must include the skater’s name, special request (for example, “time”), and the date of the test.
If you are unable to attend the test session after you have registered, we do appreciate it you notify us as soon as possible.
Please note: registration closes as soon as the test session is full. This tends to occur as early as 4-6 weeks before the actual test date.
Your club is run by volunteers. May we call on you? Volunteers needed to help with test sessions, club competitions, special events, monitoring, announcing, music, registration, hospitality, ice patching, Blade articles, video taping, photography, and website administration.
We understand that it is sometimes difficult to attend WFSC test sessions and that you must test outside of the club. To that end, you are required to have permission from WFSC for each test that you take.
Effective immediately, each member in good standing will be able to access a personalized permission letter by logging into their membership account in Entryeeze. NOTE: You may need to enable pop-ups to access the link.
Once you log you, click on the Permission Letter button and you will see a permission letter in PDF format on your screen. Send this letter with your test application.
